ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Kelly is a Charlotte native who graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she received her Bachelors in Kinesiology. Shortly after, she enrolled in Howard University, and obtained her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. She is licensed and certified in OT with the National organization and various states. Kelly is a Certified Yoga teacher for children and for adults. Kelly strives to help everyone who crosses her path, with her passion being to help bridge the gap and provide therapy and yoga to underserved populations.

Kelly began her career in a small town, where she worked at a hospital and covered the outpatient and home health clients. She then followed her dream of being a traveling therapist and ventured out for 4 years where she lived and worked in 6 different states, working in early intervention, the school system, skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospital, and inpatient rehab. Throughout her travels, Kelly has learned how to work with every population from 0- 100 treating diagnoses such as stroke, dementia, joint replacements, cardiac patients, chronic pain and more.
With children, she has vast experience treating children with autism, down syndrome, developmental delay, ADHD and more. After traveling, she decided to return back to her hometown, and now services school age kids thru teletherapy and works at a Level 1 trauma hospital and rehab.

She has developed a special skill set to help each individual meet their goals. Kelly combines her knowledge and background in Occupational Therapy and her training in Yoga and Mindfulness to create classes for children and adults that are truly unique. Kelly is passionate about bringing strategies to promote mental, emotional and physical well- being into the lives of others.
